How to Order
To place an order for a single robot, for special orders or large quantities, please drop us an email or send a completed order form to sales@ceenbotinc.com. We accept purchase orders from academic institutions and businesses, and would be happy to create a quote for your purchasing office. In some cases, an academic or a volume bundled discount may apply on certain items. Quotes may be requested by sending an email to sales@ceenbotinc.com

Warranty Policy
CEENBoT, Inc fully supports all of its products. There is a full 14 day guarantee if you are not happy with your items for any reason. Merchandise returned for a refund or credit must be in new, resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All of our products are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. Please contact us for further information.
Returns and Repairs
CEENBoT, Inc will repair or replace defective items under warranty, and ship the product back as agreed upon by the customer. Return shipping fees are not covered by the warranty and will be billed separately. Before returning a product, contact us to be issued a RMA number for tracking purposes. If repairs are needed outside of the warranty period, CEENBoT, Inc will provide a best-effort cost estimate.
